Policy

Please fill out an attendance form at least 1 week prior to each lesson. Attendance forms can be found above, and they will also be sent after you complete the registration form.

If you realized that you cannot make a session after filling out the attendance form, a minimum 12 hours notice must be made to tennis.evolveacademy@gmail.com. This is so that we can accurately plan our lesson agenda ahead of time.

Payments must be made BEFORE each lesson. A late fee of 10% may be enforced. Payment details can also be found above.
